  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged due to misuse.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
